Scratch and Sniff Watercolor

This art project is one of my favorites! It is easy, not too messy, and you and your grands can create gallery worthy art that smells fruity once it dries. You can use any kind of paper, but I recommend paper made specifically for watercolors. It is thick, dries fast, holds up to scratching, and will not fall apart with too much paint.

Mix each packet with water. I used about a tablespoon of water to start and tried to keep it concentrated to really smell the "paint" when it dries. I have not yet tested the washability factor so wear smocks, aprons, or an old tee shirt if you worry about staining clothes.
